1点集中型の勉強か、バラバラに平行してやるのが良いか?

効果が上がる例
・バスケットのフリースロー 定位置のみ、色々なところから
・ピアノの練習: 同じ時間で1曲、 もしくは4曲

いずれも後者が効果を上げたとのこと。

ある程度のレベルになるまでは、色々な学問分野を俯瞰しながら技術を習得するという意味で良いかもしれない。しかし、完成品に持っていくときには集中が必要。

楽器の練習、研究にもいえる。

別の視点では、バラバラ方式をリラックスのための手段として使うのも良いかも?

ここはThe following are my suggestions.とする。areとなるのはsuggestionsとの整合性を保つため。ここの感覚は覚えることにする。
すると、

followingが名詞となるか、形容詞となるかが、胆だろう。
最後に単数を扱うときには

となるでしょう。
